The essence of the historic Hanseatic League was trade, common interests and the search for the most effective solutions for its members. Nowadays, it is important to keep up with the times, so within the framework of the 41st International Hanseatic Days, the city of Riga will organize and Economic Forum with the following central themes: start-ups, smart urban solutions in small areas, smart technologies and fair trade.
The forum will take place on August 19 and 20, 2021, the working language of the forum is English. The first day is dedicated to site and research visits, providing an opportunity to get acquainted with smart technology companies, the city's most important infrastructure development objects and Riga’s priority territories of development. The second day of the forum will feature intensive panel discussions on the forum topics.
The participation fee of the forum is EUR 50. Furthermore, there will be a unique opportunity to participate free of charge in a separate forum activity dedicated to the topic of fair trade - a panel discussion called Supply Chain Act at EU level 2021?
